Delivery
Once an order has been made, it will be accepted and confirmed by e-mail which will detail stock availability and the delivery expectation. Please provide as many contact numbers for delivery, as we can not dispatch any items without your verbal confirmation. Deliveries will require a signature when delivery is made.
At Mouse to House Furniture Ltd we deliver to anywhere in the UK for a maximum charge of £59.00. For multiple deliveries of more than one item the charge will be equal only to the highest single item delivery cost within the order either £29.00 or £59.00, so the more you buy the cheaper the unit delivery charge.
Where wood furniture or the larger leather items are involved, this charge is for a safe, top quality furniture dedicated delivery service and not the usual carrier delivery. Smaller boxed items may arrive via another method.
The checkout will tell you the exact charge you will pay. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, will incur an additional charge of £90.00. For a service elsewhere, please call for a price.
We work closely with a reputable furniture distribution company. They will call you before delivery to offer a two hour window for delivery so that you can plan your day. All the crew carry identification and are fully trained in handling all aspects of furniture.
The two man crew will place your furniture in the room of choice. Please ensure there is adequate access for our delivery vehicles.
Large items (e.g. beds, wardrobes, tables) may be delivered in more than one piece. You will be responsible for the items once you have signed for them.
The delivery crew will at extra cost and by prior arrangement carry out simple assembly. Most of our furniture is pre built. However, table legs are shipped separately for ease of delivery. Please call should you require assembly of your furniture.
We make every effort to deliver your order within 7 weeks or sooner where items are in stock. However, delays to agreed delivery dates are occasionally inevitable and Mouse to House Furniture Ltd will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery arising from circumstances outside our control.
If any delivery will exceed 7 weeks from confirmation of order, notification will be sent to you. You may decide to cancel your order and if so this will be processed immediately. A full refund will be returned to you within 30 days of when the cancellation took place. However, Mouse to House Furniture Ltd will not be obliged to offer any compensation for loss or disappointment incurred on any orders cancelled in this way.
